Seasons

In our lives and our journey with God the Father, there are many seasons eh? To the babes- we just want the happy seasons! :) Everything's beautiful! Haha, this is great! To the mature- Bring it :) Show me the dry seasons. Not that we want or like the dry seasons. But every season, a new word of impartation is imparted into your life. God takes no chance in wasting any season in your life.

Ecclesiastes 3

1 To everything there is a season,

A time for every purpose under heaven:
4 A time to weep,
And a time to laugh;
A time to mourn,
And a time to dance;
We all have different seasons, but the question is are u willing to embrace? Or shrink down immediately when these things happen? Remember- faith is always a willing step forward, fear is always shrinking backwards. Faith is trusting God's hand and character even though you cannot see Him.

John 16:21-22

21 A woman, when she is in labor, has sorrow because her hour has come; but as soon as she has given birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world.
22
Therefore you now have sorrow; but I will see you again and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no one will take from you.
Seasons never end. Jesus likens this parable to the seasons we face. We can mourn and scream and cry in one moment. The next moment we're singing and dancing for joy! Not that we're emotionally unstable, but rather it is just human nature! :) Or if u want to put it in a different way, how God has programmed us to be! Immediately after this Jesus says in verse 24: Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.

See! The act of receiving is reserved ONLY for those who ask! We have to ask God to deliver us from our circumstances, our dry seasons. If not, we will never leave the desert.

We can never change the seasons God planned for us, but we can always adapt to them :)
